At Sunrise Beds, we’re dedicated to delivering your perfect night’s sleep with ease and reliability. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.


Shipping Costs

We offer free standard delivery across mainland UK on all divan beds and mattresses.
For deliveries outside mainland UK or for special delivery requests (such as timed delivery), additional charges may apply—please contact us before placing your order.


Delivery Timeframes

Standard Delivery: 5–10 working days from the date your order is confirmed.

All of our products are made to order. Once you've completed your purchase, we’ll contact you within 48 hours to confirm your delivery details and provide an estimated delivery window.

Occasionally, delivery times may be affected by courier delays or high demand, but rest assured—we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.


Delivery Process

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.

  • Before dispatch, we’ll send you a text or email to confirm your delivery slot. Please ensure you leave a contact number when placing your order.

  • On the day of delivery, our courier will get in touch with an estimated time of arrival.

Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery. If you need to reschedule, just let us know in advance.


Missed or Failed Delivery

If we attempt to deliver and no one is available, or if access issues prevent delivery, a redelivery fee may apply.
To avoid this, please provide accurate access details during checkout.


Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to UK addresses only. If you’re unsure whether we can deliver to your location, feel free to reach out before placing your order.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order is booked in with our courier, we’ll provide tracking details or direct contact with the courier for real-time updates.
